osamio
I found a guy selling a stinger SP1700 on craigslist for pretty cheap. First off, how long is the life span of one of these? He said he used it for like a year? and then it's been sitting in his garage for 6 months. He took it to autozone so they could check/charge it, and i'm taking his word for it that they cleared it as working, My question is this battery worth buying even after it's been used so much? the price is good, but also, how should i check it before i buy it? if i put a DMM on it and it reads decent 12.xx volts, does that mean it holds a charge? etc? 2009 Cobalt LT Pioneer Headunit 2x Pioneer 6 1/2 (stock amp) 2x Pioneer 1" tweeters (stock amp) 2x Pioneer 6x9 (stock amp 4x Pioneer 6 1/2 Pioneer GM-6400F Soundstream DTR 1700 R.I.P 2x Champion series PRO 12" subs 0 AWG Big 3, Stinger SP1700 battery To come: New or repaired DTR!!
