V6rado94
The fun part was cut the door panels for the components. Then it was time to lay down the deadening. Then ran all the wires. Mounted the crossovers behind the kicker panels. Got the interior back in and mounted the components. Keep in mind it took about 12 hours of staight work for all of this.. since this is a daily driver I still needed to drive it home from the shop. V6rado94
The box on the other hand took much much longer. I didn't get very many pictures when building it. Its not completely finish yet. I'm still trying to figure out how I want it covered. Once its covered I am going to clean the wiring up and hide it all. BanginOnABudget
i have a 92 i wanna do the same thing too only a few things i wanna say. go to lmc truck, get a 1 pieze custom grill, LED lail lights, and LED parking lights. second thing, sure u wanna wrap it? a gallon of bondo is like $25 at lowes, u could just sand it for (a few days) and have a way more one of a kind box, that or (stone) it. is it hallow behind the amps? you could drill into there, run ur wires, and put em under the carpet or something. just my 2 cents im taking out my passenger seat, battery is disconnected, going to unwire and take out the three amps, take out the 70+ lb box, then the platform so i can crimp 1 wire. Almost as bad as those fegs that put those horns in their grills and roll down the street distorting the block.... 1990 Jeep Cherokee 2 Dr. Big-3 in 0g on Stock Alt. Pioneer 6.5" and 5.25"s temp. until i can afford the new crescendos. Pioneer 6000ub Reciever NO amps at the moment. SA-15 on 1kw coming soon. MSG Me for a free enclosure design!! Flared port kits coming soon!!
