    Had the alt in and working, went for a drive to my friends house and battery light came on. Alt wasnt charging anymore. Dammit almost had it...

      When it happened I disconnected the plug and the positive and negative runs going to it. Waited for a bit then pulgged everything back and it wouldn't charge. I'm betting it's something with my car.

      I'll do that. I'm also going to recondition my battery. He said it might be bc my battery is dead/low and dragging down the alt.
