I got some plans in Autocad, I am going to be really careful to get the tuning and volume correct.

So I am ordering a second 4XL(monday) and 120SQ of damp lite(friday). Time to head back to home depot for some wood. Ordering a second T1500.1 and a DC Power 270XP HO alt in a couple weeks.

It would be no problem to build 4 cubes. I have the room to build bigger. Yeah but then I would have to build yet another box when I add the second sub and other two amps. I think I am going to clean the garage out and park there, My audio shop just told me 900 for a smart start. Going to call best buy before I make any further decisions.

The box is too big, somehow I messed up a number when I was calculating the airspace. I think when I did the numbers again it was almost 3 cubes after the port and sub displacement.

I am going to build another box because I am not happy with the way it sits in the car, it's size, etc... Going to be upgrading my electrical soon, doing the big 3 at the same time, hoping that will keep up. So I am toying between two different ideas: 1.) rebuild with my current setup and build a box to be happy with. 2.) Adding another 12XL and just building a new box for the both, but I won't be able to get another t1500.1 for a while so I would have to run both subs with one amp for a while. It would have to come after my alarm, alt, big three, and some other minor mods...

At my job I am required to park about two miles away and get shuttled in, I like to be able to know if my alarm is going off. Plus my neighborhood sucks. I am getting my garage cleaned out so I can actually use it for car parking (novel concept). Plus I think insurance might hook it up with a discount.

Anyone here actually have the smart start. I have some questions before I buy. 1.) I hear you are able to recieve alarm signals on your Iphone now. 2.) I think I read some where that there is a vehicle locator, does this work and how does it work (does it pull a map, or....) 3.) Is it worth the extra money.

I have been outta the audio game for a while, now I am back in and with a nice little system **thank you rusty, again this sub is crazy**. So with my last little system I hadn't heard of a break-in period, I am assuming breaking it in for me means take it easy for a couple of days to a week before I play some young jeezy at full tilt. Touching the leads together results in .000

Well i can assume that .9 is a bad ground. but I tried putting the ground pin on the trunk latch and was still getting a .91, trunk bolts were a little above 1.1xx.

I have a clean run of rockford fosgate 1/0 to the trunk, The 1/0 goes to a distribution block and breaks to 4AWG and then to the amp. I'll check the ohm's of the ground in a little bit.
