I use my monitor at 25hz seems to be the best for low bass!

guys please explain to me what you guys mean cause the whole 60hz 75hz or even 25hz on a monitor is the refresh rate, flickering problems. its for I guess people who have sensitive eyes I don't see how you think it has to do with bass cause it don't please don't take this as me being rude cause its not guys. Thank you..
