There is a reason Kicker didn't put a cooling fan on it. You'll be fine. hifisoundconnection.com offers refurbed Kicker products at cheap prices and are Authorized Kicker dealers. 18's can't pick up high freq. and square woofers need square ports cause they make square sound waves. Don't you know? Like dduuuuhhhhhhhhh lol
