  16. Low voltage + clipping = BTL death. You would want an amp that will do around 2500 rms daily. You can throw more at it, but in your case, you should just keep it on the lower end. I would say a nice battery up front and at least 1 group 31 battery in the rear with around 2+ runs of 1/0, big 3 in 1/0, Alt power of at least 150A and a nice signal processor. Running a BTL or any higher powered subwoofer is not easy if you dont know what you are doing, and not cheap either.
  17. BTLs are a completely different ball game. Im not saying you are new to car audio by any means, but BTLs can be sensitive when not in the right install with quality electrical to back them up.
  18. I honestly dont think that you are ready for a BTL. You would be better off with probably 2 15" BLs or something along those lines.
