When it comes to video cameras, its hard to put cheap and nice in the same sentence. As goes for pretty much all electronics these days. I absolutely love my Samsung HD camera, but it wasnt cheap. If you want a decent middle of the road camera, hit up your local camera stores and watch for sales. Or go in there and tell them what you are looking for and purchase it offline for a slightly cheaper price.

I honestly dont see this formula being accurate. Maybe im not understanding what you are trying to do, but I think you are trying to use a mathematical equation to figure out how loud a vehicle will be?
