the box is taking up 95% of the whole back end its a 2 seater 4 sure, the other 5% is batts and the surfboard amp 27.5"

the box is 22x38x48 its 20.57cu/ft total bout 18cu/ft with all displacements and is way to damn big...im gonna go with 14 to 16 total cubes on the next box and leave tuned to 29 or maybe 28hz. i would do the port up but am scared that it will like u say not be as loud for im doing sevral spl shows here soon and dont want to have to build 2 dif boxes

was the amps in the port?? thats gonna cause turbulance in the port and lose ur original tuning fq and output of the subs.

i had 6 15 L7s but couldnt in no way in hell fit them the box i have now takes up no shit 95% of my back end with the seat down. 22x38x49 total weight is 225lbs at least for a 20.57 cu/ft box made/w 3/4 mdf b4 displacement and subs. not including 120lbs of batts and 30lbs for amp 136 for subs..... 511 lbs is quite a bit of weight.

i have a 275amp alty from DB electricl for a yukon that fits my jimmy. i was wanting to get more volts was lookin at askin DB elctrical if they had a higher voltage reg that would allow me to have a 15.5v or so charging system. instead of the 14.8v that drops down to 14.1-2v. if they do would this cause a prop with the vehicels computer like burn it up or would it ground the unused power. any input would be great thanx mario

exsactly cone area is what u need to be truly a ground pownder. and be able to hit LOW fq over 150db or closest to 35hz and below. thats RIGHT FROM the competitors that do the GP style shows and compititons. id def do the 6 12s thats the best to be GP set up out of the selection

it will get loud im sure but if hes gonna do any comps he might not get the numbers he thinks. i have 4 L7s running off the older 2006D and they powned hard and low but im tuned to 29Hz. only thing id be worried bout is thats alot of weight behind him hope he sum how bolts that bitch down. jams on the breaks and he might be eating the strearing wheel. the seat has locks but thats a shit ton of weight being propeled forword.

yeah man ur really in a pickle. should have just got 2 huge power handling 15s and throw 5-6kw rms to them. with that little of a space would there be really enuff air space for 4...sounds like ur gonna need a sealed box i was gonna do 6 L7 15s but there was no way in hell to get enuff air space vented and sealed no way what a waste. hope u can or sum one has a idea that can work 4 u.

im selling my brutus amp cuz i need MORE POWER. with 4 L7s thats not near enuff. its been ran at 1 ohm by me and the guy i bought it from and have no probs ever with it. works great and has a bout 1 inch scratch in the bottom heat sink other than that its a great amp. it does RATED POWER i know cuz i have clamped it bout a week ago and is getting 1912wrms at 13.6v so 14.4 is gonna be 2000wrms or very very close. im asking $250 shipped payed more but i feel is a very fair price on a proven 2000wrms amp @ 1 ohm.
