  1. I wouldent do that, exept if it's not from the System32 directory It's a windows process that deals with security and logon polices i relly suggest you don't end it
  2. Not sure if your famiular with cpuz but if you need a link, http://www.cpuid.com/download/cpu-z-141.zip Download that and run it. Make sure Both ram sticks are installed. On the About tab there will be a button that says Register Dump (.txt), go ahead and push that, post up the text file here.
  3. Uninstall Both Devices and ALL software. Download and use These Drivers http://www.targus.com/us/Downloads/ACP50_v7_1_2.exe Reinstall the Termlab Software That Should fix the problem.
  4. Try, Start -> run -> regsvr32 %Windir%\System32\TABCTL32.OCX
  5. Download http://www.ascentive.com/support/new/images/lib/TABCTL32.OCX Goto Start -> Run -> %Windir% Put that fine in there. Then Start -> run -> regsvr32 /s %Windir%\System32\TABCTL32.OCX try that
