right lol. guess it was too cold or the wire just too damn heavy for them.

i go through the same thing. i already put in a report in and the delivery guy does better now

They did that once with me... but I had like 6 flat rate boxes with 70lbs each of lead bullets.. LOL Now they drop them off at my door after I complained. LOL
