Hey y'all, I have 2 Sundown U18's, and a Taramps Bass 8k going into a 2016 Ram crewcab V8. Thinking of building a 4th order or 6th order but i'm new to this type of box and don't know where to start on how to figure out the dimension of designing it. my available space is 38"H x 58"W x 28"D. giving me 35.712 cubes gross before any wood etc. Looking for any help, would prefer to build outside the vehicle then slide in and build fillin walls after.

for a system with 2) 3k rms amps will the DD1+ be overkill? Will the DD-1 be just fine for a simple system? (All electrical upgraded including wires.)

does anyone here design dual alt brackets? I have a dodge dakota

so basically i'm limited because of the vehicle I drive since no one makes a dual alternator bracket?

When choosing how many batteries to get, do you match your wattage needs exactly, or just go over by say 10% or double?

9k total, bass and mids highs, 6800 or 7k is going to the subs

sorry I was looking for a serious answer, I know I don't need 8 batteries for 7k watts rms

When choosing how many batteries to get, do you match your wattage needs exactly, or just go over by say 10% or double? For example my system will be a 9k rms daily driver. so would I need enough batteries to handle 9000 by the chart or should I go over that, and if so by how much? Thank you.
