Alright I finished up the job last night. Here's some before and after pics, lemme know what you guys think. Ultra gay, before.

Ok, so I'm swapping my radiator and battery out and decided to scrub down the front of my Civic's engine block while they were out, here some pics to show what a few cans of brake parts cleaner and 4 or 5 rags can do for your engine cosmetically. Booyakaaaaa

I've been goin hard at it for about an hour and got to see the three paint jobs that've been done on these things before my ownership! WTF! Anyway I've got most of the paint off with acetone, rags, and sanding. I ran out of acetone though. lol. What's the best way to go by re-painting plastic though?

I did scrub it down lol I'm trying to do a super jigger-boo job .. I guess I will go back sand it, re-scrub, acetone and repaint. This is gonna suck lol.

No I didn't. What should I do then? Sand the paint off then apply acetone and re-paint?

Ok so I'm trying to spray paint some of the interior parts I pulled out of my car the former owners spray painted and it looked super gay so i'm taking it back to the original color. The parts consist of things like the ashtray, door handle plates, e-brake boot, speaker covers, etc. No matter how little I spray and how far away, or how long I wait to recoat, the S#@$ keeps rippling up. None of the parts are wet and I know I havn't been applying too much paint. Anyone know what's going on?

I'd mount them somewhere plenty of air gets in. You don't want them getting to hot, take that into consideration for sure.

Roll with the PS3. I have one and it does EVERYTHING. PS3 > 360 IMO

Things will come together somewhat slowly but fast enough. They're going in a 1990 Civic Dx Hatch. I'll post up a build log when I get on it.

That's where the fuzzyness of my car audio past experience is. Wiring that amp up to both subs.. It's a 1 ohm amp, how would I do it? Wire it down in parallel? Then that would create a .5 ohm load on two D2 subs. My original plan was to go with the AQ2200D but I don't wanna order the amp and then be screwed.. Someone shed some light!

Yeah, it's just alot of money to spend. I can't wait to finish the setup. I haven't drawn out a box yet but they're going into my brand spankin' new 1990 civic dx hatch lol. Anymore ideas?
