  2. aight cool...also this may be a dumb question but what kind of glue is best to use? just regular woodworkers glue? or is there a special type to use?
  3. what size screws do you guys use to hold the sides together along with the glue? would a nail gun work just as good as screws? I have a brad nailer but im not sure that would hold the pieces together as good as screws would...

  6. yo where did you get that switch? and how do you wire it? i got a remote bass for my amp but i lost the cord for it and i want something where i can just turn the amp off with the flip of the switch. btw, real nice build bro! those tens are bumpin

  8. Topic says it all...im running a audiobahn a1300hct amp, 1200w rms @ 1 ohm should i get the Q or BL cause i'm ordering one tonight so i can start my build this weekend...any advice, help, or comments would be appriciated. thanks

  15. will 1 sub still hit just as hard as 2? i listen to a lot of hip hop so i need that boom if you know what i mean. my audiobahn amp is supposed to be pushing out 1200 watts rms @ 1ohm. whether or not they over or underrate it im not sure. as for the box designs, thanks for all the replies guys. how much do you think a bunch of MDF would cost me?

  19. well right now im tight on $$ but i can wait a little while its not a big deal...what do you think is the biggest bang for my buck? oh and what should i do for a box? right now i have a small ported box but my trunk is pretty small (its an 88 audi 90, im not sure in cubic feet but its pretty small). should i make my own box? should i buy a different one?

  21. the subs are dual 4ohm voice coils i cant understand how the subs i have are 200 watts more rms than my amp, yet im blowing the subs...is that normal?

Hey everyone...i'm new here, great forums! very informative and i love the videos too. aight so heres whats up...I have 2 audiobahn AW1200V subs, rated at 700 watts RMS and an Audiobahn A1300HCT high current amp rated at 1200 watts rms @ 1 ohm. I have the subs wired correctly for 1 ohm, but ive blwo 2 of the subs in the past 2 weeks! i tried setting the gains a bunch of times like it says in the guides but nothing is working...any clues? i'm not blowing fuses or anything, i just start smelling the voice coils burning and the sub starts to make this rattling noise. please help me out if you need more info just ask thanks -kevin
