3000 watts between the 2, yeah, that should be fine. I wouldn't throw 3000 at them each. If you can swing it, a 320 would be better. I had a 270 and 2 80 ah AGM batteries on 4000 watts and it wasn't enough. It would send the amps into protect pretty quickly. Got a mechman 370 and never had a problem again. And because I got the 370, currently I'm in the process of upping it to about 10k ish with a lithium battery and I don't have to worry about the alternator. That's why I say, if you can swing the money, buy the biggest one you can. Though I wouldn't trust anything under 300. Problem is though, you'd have to do 2 runs of 1/0 back to your batteries so you can make sure you get the full usage out if the alternator. 1 run won't carry enough amperage by itself unfortunately

Ok thanks yea I'm running a sfb 1500d right now and at lights or in park when the rpms are under a grand it clips but as soon as I give it gas it doesn't and I'm not even dropping below 13.5 which is the crazy part I have the amp gain at around 41 42 AC volts I think that's only the 1750 it's rated at 1 ohm I believe but I'm definitely gonna drop the extra money so I'm not just buying band aids that are only gonna work for so long
