Show me your trunk mounted battery
Bigg Boy replied to garrettr's topic in Electrical-battery- Alternators- Wiring
just build a small box around the batt, and bolt the box down, if you think the battery will ever "bounce" out of the box, then bolt or strap it down to the wood. That what i normally do -
Would this work?

Man I was in the same boat as you. Honestly spend the money once, and do it right. I was going back and forth for about 2 years on what to do. I did it right, and I love it, and its dependable. If you have on experence in air, then I would bring it to a shop and ask them. With mine at 200psi in my rear bags I am still about 1" below stock -

Nice to see mannie back on his grind. When I last heard from him like 2 months ago, he was trying to get focused on his music. Real cool dude.

I dont think you know what you want me. Why dont you tell us, how much power you have to work with. Now that we know you want, loud, sounds good, "worth your money", and can be any size.
-
And who said you wouldnt get it. I would happly pay that much money for a woofer if I was building a true sq setup. Keep in mind, price has little consideration to me when it comes to how something preforms and sound in the world of sq.

You did say "any price" I love UL12's but they don't come in 8" 8''s I would look at https://www.madisound.com/store/product_info.php?cPath=45_338_380&products_id=8822&osCsid=63d7ee0f4766e517cde5aee61caee63c http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/p_19274_JL_Audio_8W7-3.aspx http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=295-456

I want a way to to raise a lower my car, I love the way my car looks layed out, and bags seem like the best options. Coil overs could work also, I could lower the car when I go to show in about 20min. Only problem is I really don't have room for tanks or compressors. Could I run a bag set-up with just a compressor? I don't need the car to raise fast, I am fine with it take 30sec to fully raise up. What do you guys think? My car as it sits now.
