  1. Technically No they arent the same. But in your case this is a normal thing to happen. Most vehicles do it. I was just tryin to let you know how the water was formed. :tease:
  2. Gasoline does not contain water. However, water is a by-product of the combustion of gasoline. Gasoline does contain hydrogen, and when gasoline is burned, some of that hydrogen combines with the oxygen being used to burn it, producing water. Most of the time, the exhaust is hot enough that the water remains in the form of invisible water vapor. When the engine is cold, the exhaust pipe is cold, or the outside air is cold, this water may condense and become visible as "steam" or as liquid water dripping from the tailpipe. Also during temperature or humidity changes the amount of moisture or "water droplets" may increase. In my opinion it is normal. Make sure the liquid is water and not gas, If it is gas you have a problem. Good Luck
  3. Ok so I am just gonna go with a fully loaded Bl I think. It will be a couple weeks though. Thanks everyone for all the help.
  4. Yea I just had to do some research on the sundown 18s. I am probably going to go with a BL fully loaded. It will handle that 1500d well wont it?
  5. I didnt see that sundown made an 18 yet but I may have just missed it. If I go with a Bl which options should I get to be safe? I am going to pound on this on a daily basis. Just being honest. Thanks Accordman
  6. Okay so right now I have 2 15 cvrs powered by a sundown 1500. They get decently loud but I want more. Thinking about 1 18 just dont know which one. Looking at maybe BL or Q. Just going for numbers really. I want it to handle the sundown no problem. Any advice?
  7. You should go on google and search for audio shops in your area chances are you could find one that would build you a box. I dont know where you are located but you may have to go for a little drive. We have all had to do a little research. Good Luck
  8. I would look @ your local audio shop If you dont feel comfortable building a box. My friend Bought a bass pro box for two 12" L7s and that box hits deep and sounds great. It is made from 1 inch Mdf with Rhino liner on the outside. Just a thought
  9. What Did you use? I have been wanting to do that to mine for the longest time. Looks Good
  10. I ALWAYS USE A HAMMER AND A CHISEL MAKE SURE YOU ARE TURNING THE RIGHT WAY JUST BE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE SENDING UNIT(the plastic piece) ALSO BE SURE TO GET A NEW STRAINER OR YOU WILL BE PUTTING ALL THE SH*T OFF THE BOTTOM OF THE TANK RIGHT INTO THE NEW PUMP. GOOD LUCK
  11. Changing this pump isnt that difficult I have done quite a few. The pump is in the tank. Drain the fuel before you pull the tank down. As far as safety like str86diesel said disconnect the battery just for precautions. If you feel uncomfortable 125.00 is very decent price. Average time of replacement for this pump is around 1.5- 2.0 hrs labor. Also make sure you replace the pickup screen and fuel filter .Good luck
