draw the regular square and just use a large spade or forsner drill bit to drill out the corners so they are round and then cut the rest of the hole

o yeah and the funny thing is the original LM001 had a AMC engine in it haha -
yeah my bad they had the lm003 to lol which also was military. theyhad like a few variations of every car.... but how badass would that be your offroding vehicle with a V12 lol

i used to be obsessed with lambos back in the day... that Lm002 (the truck) was made for street. the LM001 was made for the army but they went witht he hummer sinstead.. the complete line was like this: 350gt 400gt muira espada islero jarama countach urraco silhouette jalpa cala diablo lm002 murcialgo gallardo

well the 4 12's would give you more cone area but the se's can hadle more power. i guess it would all depend on the car and the enclosure and how much power your gonna put through them.

X2 on that... i got those re's cost from a dealer friend of mine for 55 bucks lol. it jsut depends on what you want to spend. any RE is a good woofer.

thanksss and i thought u meant 100 bucks for a pair... they are most likely the SR series then. step up from RE and step below SE..but i could be wrong.....

i get my carpet from a local shop who gets it from a dealer. Trunkliner is the carpet that u see on all prefab boxes. you can get that as well as a bunnch of other kinds from SELECTPRODUCTS.COM.... ive experiemted with every carpet ive came across with and its definatly the best. lasts FOREVER. ive used suede but its not the easiest. or most durable. same with vinyl.. lol astroturf HAHAH

WAYY louder. cost more too maybe 3 times as much. but still the se series woofer is worth it. the re series woofer is one of the most efficient entry level woofers ive ever heard. this was the latest RE series woofer i installed and i was Really impressed with it and 100 bucks for those are definatly a deal

every experience i have ever had with fatmat i have had the same results. it comes off after awhile. mainly of roofs or places that are upside down. i used sound destroyer mat for mine sand it sticks like a mofo. so i guess really the only prob with fatmat is the stickyness.... -

I got into car audio when i was like 7 years old and i have a bunch of magazines from like 99' and such and i was just thinkin about the old PPI piston woofers. i remember seeing these things back then all over the place inthose mags in SPL vans and such. i remember seeing like 64 of those 8's in a truck. what the hell happened to these?? i kno PPI got bought out but does anyone still use/have any of the original PPI pistons? pics would be great.

yeah it definatly is. the local car audio shop around me is a treo dealer and i sat in a single cab chevy with 4 of those ssi's in it downfiring and it was doign atleast 145. it was damn loud. but idk bout spendin that much lol you could get 2 btls for that lol

the guy on there said 250 rms. and that they do really well in small sealed enclosures. i havent built the enclosure for the 4 of them i bought yet but they are a pretty beafy 8. come in singl 4 ohm tho. hes also sellin ones with custom colors...
