i was told to tune to 38hz for those they should sound better and be louder at that tuning i know it sounds @$$ backwards but everyone whos done it so far are pleased at 38hz......i haven't installed mines yet though so im still scratching my head on 38hz too... except this one guy on youtube in a extended cab truck who tuned to 35hz and eats the lows like crazy but hes in a truck he doesnt have to worry about output as thier right behind him.....

Im about the purchase a hifonics sampson 8,000 watt amp does it do its rated power heres whats on my mind im stuck between two rocks i can either get 4 hifonics brutush bxi2408d's and a maxxilink or one sampson.... what would be a better setup im trying to push a wall of 4 18" hdc3's copper coils..... what will be the power needs and differences and another thing the guy thats selling me these said i can return the brutus's back n forth lifetime warranty but i have to go directly through hifonics for a sampson warranty.... get back at me.... 4 brutus 2400w's ='s $1200 1 sampson = $1475 am i making the right choice or should i look into something else to get 8,000w rms
