Team XS SPL - Jeffrey

Here's the latest... The shop backed out...well actually he cancelled his car show. When I spoke with the guy he was unsure about his car show getting support due to SEMA going on the same weekend amongst other worries (money and such)...so I guess he succumbed. We're working on a shop in Ontario to start hosting shows pretty soon so...sit tight!!!

Here's one pic...

...lookin for a sponsor. I'm a little tempted to post the shop's number to have the people call and express interest and use the power of persuasion!! Sit tight...

Still working out the details...

Just trying to see who would be interested in a possible dB Drag/Bass Race event on Sunday Nov 8th (short notice, I know) in Santa Ana, California (Orange County). A shop is having a show out there and is interested in a maybe a dB Drag event. Depending on the shop it may be a single point 1st through 3rd trophy event. Who's interested?

Very nice! Oh yeah, pics and results are up... ...Click Here.

Sweet...new blood!!! Just what the sport needs right now. We were all there once. I'm glad you guys had a great time. Hope to see you at the next show...

Freakin' awesome! I'm glad you had fun. See you at the next show!!!

Maybe I was thinking way ahead of myself...I say the south has to build a stable first then we can go heads up!!! But seriously there might be way too many variables and difficulties not too mention careful planning to make this happen. Don't get me wrong, like Alpine says it can and has been done but for example we'll need to get matching or exact same meters, internet access at the location, etc. etc. Kimo might be on the right track in choosing a specific class or format...how about a King of Cali Death Match!!! Conduct a death match at each location to determine the finalists then have them go at it...5 straight minutes of in your face, heart pumping, earth AND vehicle shattering BASS!!! Just a thought...

Maybe we should link the shows over the internet and do a KING of CALI Fall Classic...LOL

Might be a tough sell for the NorCal guys with the Toys for Tots show in Gilroy the same day but I know there are some SMD guys that are from SoCal...hope to see you guys there!!!

German snuff from finals...freakin' SICK!!!

That seems to be the million dollar question right now... I don't know if it happened to anyone else but when they hit us up for pics to be copied to Ray to send to Celise, Andy gave them his memory card and they copied the photo's but maybe by mistake cleaned out the card.

I love to see your avatar!!!

Post finals video fun... Weird how it's kinda like a snuff video. Dead silence, then the creaky door, then you hear the amps cut on (eerie), then the door slams shut, then the burp, then the carnage!!!

Cool!!! Scratch one more item off page 24 of my "Finals to do list"

I want to know if you got my back this weekend...or should I say I got your back. LOL. You know what I mean!!!

No numbers yet...

Thanx for the clarification. This is cash money right? How 'bout in casino chips???!!!

World Finals page is now up... Also check out the prelim Laughlin Event Schedule

It's a sickness, I know!!! Click the links on the sig for stats and pics...

World Finals "Laughlin " just hit the dB Drag calendar (in quotations because it's actually Arizona) <---besides the point The host hotel is the Avi Casino in Laughlin, NEVADA. Okay. WF location is in Fort Mojave in ARIZONA. Okay. Needless to say, we have to cross state lines to get to the venue...but not only that, we cross into a new TIME ZONE!!! So if we have to be at the venue by 8am in Arizona, we have to technically leave the host hotel at 6:50ish. LOL. We lose an hour during the short 4 minute drive from the host hotel to the venue. I think this is correct. Correct me if I'm wrong, though. Just a weird observation... On the bright side, if we start partying in AZ and head back to Cali...we gain an hour of debauchery and shenanigan's!!! :drunk:

Nice... That'll help recoup some expenses for a bunch of people... Even more if they take that cash to the casino and double up!! LOL

How do the payouts work again?
