the thing is if I fiberglass my trunk I can't get it out to sand or anything. For now I just want a box that goes from the opening to the back for the trunk. That isn't too hard to build. I will work my way up with glassing when I do my rear deck.

well I have absolutley no glassing experience so thats out of the picture. I wanted to just take those opening dimensions and have a 27.5 inch depth. How many cubes would that be?

Well as you all may know I have a cavalier. I recently built a box and it was nice but I am looking for the loudest I can get. So I was looking at cc audio's celica build (nice job mane) and I thought of many Ideas for a big sub in a small trunk. So I have measured a lot today and will put up a pic in a few. So I want to do a big ass box fitting in my trunk sub facing back seat and port facing back seat. I will seal around the edges and all. Using round ports, two preferably. Any input

use tightbond over gorilla glue. Silicone caulk the edges and or fiberglass resin

just test it, never hurts to try.
