imo go with a slower more dramatic flow and talk about being shot, or your friend being shot or somebody dying or something along those lines. the beat's got this "im scared/there's danger around" feel to it. maybe shootouts in the club ? sick ass beat tho.

The track's called "Surgery" It's on Dr Dooom's (Kool Keith) new album, Dr Dooom 2. It's underground eastcoast hiphop. That genre usually doesnt have too much low bass lines, but this one is an exception. I was surprised, when i put this cd in my car, cause when i first heard it my headphones didnt even pick up the frequency. It's probably around 30hz, a constant note. peace
