  1. looks like a nice computer, but i am anti HP. In the past the computers that seem to have the most problems have been HP and Compaq....at least in my experience.
  2. no i need everything, i have been using a loptop for the past few years and its giving me some issues. i really need a good desktop.

  4. I want to build a desktop. I dont do any gaming or photo editing so i dont some some monster of a computer. Basically i used my computers for the internet, watching movies, and burning cds and dvds. I am pretty open to ideas here. I want something fast and reliable with good graphics for watching videos. I know i want to shoot for 1TB HD and a Bluray player. Would be nice to have a video card that has HDMI output. Case MoBo HD CPU MEM PS Monitor Video Card Bluray CDRW OS Wireless Keyboard and mouse Make your suggestions. BTW i would like my budget to stay under $1200 for a complete setup If i forgot something just add it. Thanks in advance to anyone who wants to make suggestions.

  15. the house is from the early 50's and the plumbing has been replaced with black ABS. i looked at lunch and i dont have to cut it, looks like someone already did at some point. They put a fernco on it so when i get off i guess ill pop that off and see whats up. i know my drawing was kinda shotty but i was trying to make a 3d drawing. i have a half basement so i can only get to so much of the plumbing without crawling up in that bitch. Pretty much the main drain comes oput of the ground and straight up next to the basement wall then it y's off and one drain goes to the left(the back of my house) towards the kitchen and laundry room and the other goes straight (the right side of my house) to the bathroom. anyway im gonna take that fernco off when i get home and we shall see what kinda nasty shit is in there
  16. AudioQue 3500D.1 x2 $1498.00 AudioQue HDC318 x4 $1236.00 (D2 coils) AudioQue AQ4X90 x2 $458.00 Shipping $180.00 ------------------------------------------- Total $3372.00 How would you spend the money? Should i stick to my game plan or go another route? Keep the same budget.
  17. All my drains are black pipe. i am certain that its not roots. i have a half basement then the rest of the house is a crawlspace. all the drains are above the ground and go to the front of the house where there are no trees. well the drains do go into the gound eventually but they do that like in the middle of the house, far away from the one small tree i have.
  18. i might cut the drain when i get home and look up inside.
  19. no trees, everyone has trees in the back. + no disposal toilet drains fine.
  20. we can rule out roots because i only have on tree and its in the back yard, all my drains run to the front.
  21. i dont think its on the cities side because there is only one main drain that goes to the street and as i said all the drains in my bathroom work fine. the vent comes off the pipe where the toilet drain is. i would love to get on the roof and have a look down that vent but my roof is very steep and i will die if i go up there. my luck ill slip right at the top and get all scuffed up before i hit the roof over my porch and then go flyin off on the the parking lot that is beside my house....that is about 6 feet lower than my yard.
  22. the last couple days my kitchen sink has started to back up. i took the p trap off and checked it out, it was clean. i poured some Liquid Fire down the drain (the one in the floor not the sink) and i let that stand for like 30 mins. I put the sink back to gether and ran water to flush the drain and it backed up again. all the drains that goto my bathroom drain fine. Ever since i poured that liquid fire down the drain my bathroom smells like rotton eggs and i cant get rid of it. i left the bathroom window open all night and it still smells. does this sound like a clog or like a venting issue? I would figure its not a clog because that liquid fire is some nasty stuff. and since my other drains work fine i cant see how its a venting issue. any suggestions?
  23. Yeah that was the other thing, i figured they would send me a return shipping label....nope.
  24. Replace what fuses? The HID's have been working fine for a month now. Besides, i measured voltage at the harness where it plugs into the ballast and nothing, 0 Volts. So there has to be a problem in the black box that is part of the harness.
  25. After testing my stock headlight plugs i found that they are OK and puting out like they should Next i unplugged the harness from the ballast and tested the harness output and i got nothing. So at the point in the harness that is supposed to power the ballast there was 0 volts. So at this point i would like to contract everytime i tried to push DDM Tuning. They have great prices, decent customer service (as far as answering the phone and tech support). But my HID's have a lifetime warranty, when i called them and asked for there help they were glad to assist me. First they tried to blame my wiring, then the stock vehicle wiring, then they blamed my ground and finally when i did all my testing and found that it was there harness they offered to get me a new one......after they receive mine back first. I tried to explain to them that the vehicle that these headlights is only driven twice a day. Once at 4AM when its dark and again at 6-7PM when its dark (part of the year, you know). They told me how much they understand and how much they would like to help me but they must get the harness back before sending me my new one. Now i would think that they would be all about getting the customer right. Especially when that customer uses his vehicle to drive in the dark everyday. Oh they did offer to sell me a harness and then refund me when i send mine in....but theres an "administration fee". Rant rant rant Thanks for everyones help tho.
