I checked with powermaster, irragi, excessive amperage, and a few others. I might have to run a couple irragi 260 amps. Id like to just run one and not have the stress on the engine. Can anyone make a list up and possibly phone numbers cause i know i missed a few companys?

I looked everywhere i can imagine and i cant find a high output alternater for a 2000 2.2 cavalier in the 300 amp range. Any ideas of where to look? This summer i plan to build a wall and put in two of those smd 18's on two rockford t4k's to start. Any input?

If your repainting the truck there are many parts and factors you need to take into effect. First off for the equipment you need a water trap and dust filter for the hose otherwise the paint wont come out right no matter how much time you put into it. If its your first time then use hand tools and when you can use a orbital sander with very fine grit sand paper for final sanding before primer. The prep stage is the most important stage so make sure you take no shortcuts. make sure you have a larger enough compresser otherwise it just makes the job harder. The Gun i would suggest would be a DeVilbiss.

Ok I heard once that you could install power windows and locks but dont know which way to go about it. This week i am installing A remote start and alarm. Has anyone actually done a power window or lock conversion and can give me some tips just want to do it right the first time. Ohh yeah i have a 1997 s10 standard cab base model.

That makes sense I dont believe the factory put a fuse inline or did they?

I know its off topic but i have a stock 97 s10 alternator and run knu koncepts 1/0 wire. what size fuse should i use between the alt and the battery for the big 3. thanks

Ok i i only meant that if you run a certain gauge in your system that you should only match that size or larger for the big 3.

Hey im looking for a really good 10" sub for my wedge style box which is sealed and has .60 cubes. the mount depth is 5 inches. I just want 2 really nice 10" woofers that would be powered nicely off 2 alpine mrp-m500's. I have crappy Ma Audio Thin Mounts and want a change. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hows the voltage? Any upgrades to the electrical? Rf and Hifonics are good amps but i would go with at least 1500 rms 1 ohm. They dont seem to be getting anywhere near the full output... Why 10's?

The 5.7 swap was crazy my father put a vette motor in his tahoe and gave me the 5.7 Dont ask about the install cause i didnt even bother to install it. Now the the crazy michigan roads with potholes and such i dont want laying frame i only want 3-4 inches of drop. Know any kits or websites?

I have a 1997 chevrolet S10 that has a vortec v8 5.7 and i would like to lower it and do a body kit? I would like to go as low as i can without any problems. What would you sugguest doing? I heard you could just cut the front springs and flip over the leaf springs? any ideas?

I bought a new battery tester and had it tested again and that was the problem.

I got the batt tested and that doesnt seem to be the case...

I have a 97 s10 single cab 2x4. Where i am it snows alot and when i press the brake my lights dim, also when i wind up the engine and shift into a new gear the lights dim quite a bit. Can anybody help i think its just got to be a short or something simple....

I have a couple 10" Subwoofers for sale. They are Ma Audio HK 1001F. Specs are 400 rms per speaker. I only used them for maybe a week or two. I paid 350 will sell for 175.00 plus s and h. Im looking to get a 18" Fi BL.

What do you think of this setup? Remember its with a 18" bl and a sundown saz1500d off stock alt and two powermaster batteries.

Do you have a high output alternater? Im getting a 18" BL soon and powering it off a sundown SAZ-1500D too. Im looking into getting one good battery but do i have to go with a ho alt. Its not my system i found the pictures on the net. Does anyone think if its tuned right it would sound sweet? If nobody knows i wanna go for it if others agree its a great setup but im goin with the 18" Ascendant Audio smd woofer with the rft4k amp.
