this stuff is made to stick to chrome and still let it shine through like an anodized look but you can still just do a couple extra coats so that the chrome doesn't show through haha and you think the 20's look small because you are used to some deep dish ass 26's!! I would lower it first to see how they look

the CDA-105 is the replacement to the CDA-9884 which is what I have pair it with the Clarion EQS746 for an equalizer and it will sound decent its only 2v on the head unit, 3v with the EQ pre-out so it won't be as nice as a HU with 4v+ I like mine though its easy to use

find a used one.. guarantee you'll never have to replace that amp

buy a Rockford Fosgate Constant Power t1000 and call it a day

by poop what exactly do you mean? maybe people are trying to invert shitty woofers hoping for a miracle and they still sound like poop but its different per application much like car audio itself so you'll never know unless you try and if you don't like it, you just wasted an hour of work and some curse words but just flip them back over and keep slamming like normal or rebuild and tune lower

just take a look at lil_walbangers stormtrooper inverted and SMASHING the lows could be because his box is tuned to 28hz and the woofers Fs are 22hz but still.. and his motors are literally cold after demoing C&S take pictures and do you have a build log?

just my opinion.. I always thought my 18 sounded louder to the ear when it was inverted.. felt like it moved more air and was able to play a little lower, cleaner than when it was in the box before I had my amp o-scoped it ran hot and I inverted it, never smelled it again then got it o-scoped and it never got hot so yes they will run cooler, with 4 18's out of the box inverted they will lower the tuning and overall I'd say you will like it better also easier to wire and if your motors are sexy enough thats more woofer porn

ain't that the truth haha with an 18 you just find mids and highs that get loud on the high end, no real way to blend the mids to get it all the Q will play fine on 1k watts, put it in a bigger box, maybe make a t-line for it and I can guarantee you will hit double kicks

what kind of car do you have? a common thing to do with tahoes is use the springs from a trailblazer ss for lowering so maybe you have other options

do not get them you will have a different spring rate by compressing them so much and it will ride like shit buy yourself some nice coils and spend the extra money to get a better ride

the 360's bass knob is a gain control if you were to take the bass knob that comes with RF amps with the 2 knobs that would be a bass boost at a particular frequency, whatever you set it to on the controller he used to use both but since switching to the new line of amps he just uses the 360 knob
