  1. i want those songs!!!! sounds good, but i think you might need to keep a close eye on the voltage.
  2. nope havent metered it and it's actually a slot port box. the subs are dual 4
  3. the only other way i can wire all 6 together is at .33 ohms and i dont trust that for a daily vehicle. the box is 12cu. ft. tuned to 33 hz.
  4. its tuned at 33. i will be building a new box before too long but i'll probably stay around the same tuneing. i like the way it sounds now, it just doesnt look very good lol
  5. finally got a some real power on em. still need to tune the amp and get a bunch more sound deadener
  6. well im going to run it on a mechman 270, a xs power 3400 up front and a kinetik hc2400 in the back witch i will probably end up replacing with a xs 3100. it will be ran at 1 ohm daily, mounted to the back of a seat, not the box. should be ok right?
  7. from what everyone is telling me on a local forum, its not a good amp and it will die, blah blah blah. has anyone on here had any experience with one of these personally?
  8. has anyone ever clamped one of these to see what kind of power they really put out? just wondering what kind of power to expect out of it because i just picked one up.
  9. well that sucks because mine isnt under warranty any more lol i've had it for almost two years
  10. fuses are fine and i have unpluged everything except for power ground and remote and still the same thing. i do not believe there is any wires making contact between any terminals but i will double check that.
  11. well i looked over everything tonight and found i had a bad ground at my back battery. fixed it and still nothing. so i took the case off the amp to look at the internals and still nothing. i have no idea what it could be.
  12. today on my way home from work my amp went into protect for no reason. its a hifonics bxi-2010d. i had the volume about half way up with the bass know all the way down. i have had zero issues out of this amp since the day i bought it. anyone have any idea why this happened/how to fix it?
  13. Does anyone know of a good 2" or so lowering kit for a 2003 ford explorer? the only one I've been able to find is a ground force 1.6" drop
  14. ok so after looking over everything yesterday i've found that the belt is slipping due to very little wrap around the pully itself. the only problem is i have no idea on how i could fix this. the way the tensioner is it seems like the more the it push's out on the belt the more its unloading the alternator. any suggestions on how to fix this? and i still have no idea why the battery light is on. i called mechman and they said it was odd and that it shouldn't be on.
