i must say that this is by far one of the most informative post ive seen as to how to clamp/glue/screw and enclosure in a while very well built and great use of the digicam to show every step of the process....looks very well built!!!!

look into really high end sony decks, one of my personal favorites was the xplod mex-5di it had no pre-amp and was completely remote dependent for adjustments couldnt do anything from the deck itself....had three sets of 5v preouts and had a disc tray built into it that slid out like a dvd player never skipped a beat....had a cdx-m9000 i believe it was and it also never skipped even at 150 flat at 49hz

possibly a cascade designs omega 15....rated at 2000rms for daily but will take more and the 15 is like 419 shipped iirc
