where is the proof our country was going downhill the past 5 years? the market didnt crash and the unemployment rate wasnt like it is now. i dont see the change at all not for good anyway. and its not just me, the unemployment rate is sky rocketing bank bail outs 3 or 4 times, really? before you know it we will be owned by china if this doesnt change! just because you now have a job you say thanks obama but why? what do you do? are you employed now because of a tax credit for small company's to hire people with nothing to do?

wouldnt you rather they put all of that money (millions maybe billions) into our ecconomy t hel our country as opposed to putting all that money int a country that has nothing to offer? no trades no nothing. yes it might be harsh i said i feel sorry for the people but they dont come try to help us when we have natural disasters do they? nope sure dont. think about it, all of the stupid celebs that adopt foreign kids when there are millions here that need to be adopted. nope they dont do it! fuck that, i will not spend my hard earned money on any of them anymore! if you cant help your own country first you shouldnt help any! or you should take your sorry ass and move the fuck out!!!!!! i am very patriotic and love my country, but hate the way its going!

i agree man, i do feel bad for the kids there. they didnt ask for that. but that country is way over populated!!! its sad to say that the first projected death count would have done that country a favor. but it was way less than they thought. and they ship them here to florida. florida has the highest unemployment rate in the country. my state borrows millions each month just to pay the unemployed! but yet we add more people to that..... thats not a change for the better if you ask me! i have always said, you keep your change and i will keep my guns and my rights!!!!!

well damn if we are counting that..... then i have 9.1 lmfao but the tv is basicly a center channel if you use a stereo set up it will give you 3.1. but for the most part if the 7.1 is on the tv is at 0 volume. the pioneer set up i have is designed to do up to a 2,000 sqft theater. so it is more than adequit! im still waiting for more blue ray and dvd's to run the 7.1 format, there are a few but not alot.

yeah i can notice a difference, my pioneer has an auto signal select so it can switch if its digital or analog all by its self. and i can tell ther is a big difference. maybe because i have a 7.1 set up, but who knows. the way you have it hooked up is a lot easier but like i said i can hear the difference esp. at high volumes. i have no distortion and it is clean as hell. i cant tell you how many people have commented on that when we have get togethers here.

yeah, that is an option but its not as high of a quality of sound. thats why each piece of my set up has its own input on the reciever. the ones that can run fiber optic do and then on down the line. thats why recievers have different selections such as dvd, cd, tv/sat and so on. but in terms of simplicity you are right.

yup thats what i did as well but i also hooked up all the component cords to the tv too so it still has sound. my wife is not as enthusiastic as i am so some times it just gets audio from the tv so i dont wake the whole house up!!!! lol

damnit man! i had mad the mistake can bought one of the dlp tvs but bought the warranty with it and with 1 year left it took a crap and was unfixable, so bestbuy had to replace it and i have a new samsung 50" plasma. love it!

yeah i was just sayin. lol the newer version of my pioneer reciever have them built in. but thats electronics for ya!!!! lol

if i would have waited one more year on my 7.1 set up i would have multiple hdmi connections on the back of my reciever... doh!!!! lol

does the z5500 have an fiber optic input? if so the 360 should have a fiber optic output and you need the proper cord to do this. then use the component hd cords from the xbox to the tv so you will have sound from tv and your surround.

ya never know. or if you are good with wood fab you can make a stand with that. just metal is kinda my thing thats why i said it. but hell think outside the box!

you could get some sort of rubber isolators to put under the feet of the amps when you screw them down. not sure how much it will help

what issues did you have? there are a few things you could do. if you are good at metal fab you could do some sort of metal stand that comes from behind the box and suspends the amps in the air above the box itself. if you use a big enough tube you can run the wires through it for a super clean look. paint the metal or chrome it!
