massive amps - the RS100 is all i have ever played with. it beat a set of infiinty perfect 12's like a mofo! hit up ampguts. the componoents are nice too. i put a set of 6's in a guys s10 and they where clean. NEUMAN

for a limited space your doing it right. however a port will not sound good on only 1 cube with that square. so rock it sealed. 1 cube is over sized minorly from minimum spec so it will dig low. oh and it sounds to me like your boss doesn't want to make any money in the stereo business not wanting to do glass. that sounds cool but have you ever driven fwd car with any kind of power under the hood? its a traction issue in the first place with out a 1/2 ton of audio equipment in the trunk. NEUMAN

im going to be honest here. its going to fall apart. so much good design and planning to have it made out of cheap plywood. you would have benefited largely from soaking it with glass resin. normally i would say not to but a good bath of it would have helped greatly. cosmetically it looks nice tho. good equipment and seems to have the proper size wire. zip ties could take it a long way also. sounds like damplifier will do me right. money is always an object but to do it right the first time is also an issue. the last few posts really locked me in. the first few had me pretty set on what i had already read. so thank you to everyone. NEUMAN

here is my deal. i am/have been building my car slowly for 5 years now. as money allows. the end result is a turbo'd 4 cylinder with 3" exhaust and stiff suspension. equaling a fair amount of vibration and road noise. my previous build was the same car (daily driven) and the stock deadener kept the noise talerable but i want this to be nicer. since i will have less interior (show & go car) to absorb noise and vibration. because the car will not be a daily driven where my last my last one. sooo..... when i had my rollcage put in the stock deadener was peeled up in some area's to allow for the proper plating to be welded in. along with being 10 years old and crusty i pulled it all out. so i am simply looking for something to replace the removed stock crap. granted second skin is going to be superior to the tarish crustation from ford. im thinking the damplifier will do the job from what i have read but i just want some second opinions. so im looking to cover the floor (which was stock), some of the roof (all new), and areas of side panels/doors (mixed between stock and new). thanks in advance NEUMAN

a cap is only as good at its power source. just like everything. if you have a voltage issue its not going to do you any good. think of it this way. if you cut your hand open so bad you need stitches do you put a band aid on it and call it good? most would not! so go buy a good battery with the profit you turn from selling to on ebay or a forum of noobs.
