  2. I have a Rockford Fosgate t4000 and I am trying to get as many subs as I can wire up to it. I ran across Sundown from watching some videos. So What kind should I get? I am dealing with 12 cubic ft. and looking to port with quality sound kept in mind . So any recommendations? Please PM me some prices on a bulk order Jacob. Thanks
  3. hey i got a quick question...I am putting a new system together and have a RF T40001bd amp. and I want to slam as many subs in my car as possible with the wiring capability of hooking up as many subs on the mono block. So I don't know if the 10 is better or the 12 or even the 8. I am trying to get as many subs in as I can with around 12 cubic ft. or less. Any help?
  4. are these bad boys for sale yet? i need a couple for my doors.
  5. real men use concreate :]!!!! but i would recommend going for FatMat. search it on ebay... alot cheaper!!!!!

  7. ^ true. Vista takes up alot of space man. Matter of opinion on what im about to say but 8/10 people say Vista was probably one of the worst OS that windows made. XP is excellent. Just add more Ram if you wanna speed up ur laptop.
  8. I am wanting to get my tats removed. anyone or know anyone that has had some taken off? what kind of results should i expect?
  9. i'd go with the R.F. T8004. Im running 4 sets of Boston Pro60s off of itat 2 ohm and it sounds great. thats my suggestion.
  10. thanks joe appreciate the suggestion. comon guys i see everyone browsing around the page. What do ya'll think? Battery Suggestions? how many?
  11. Thanks Playa - think i should go D1 or D2 on them? with a t40001bd amp?
  12. AA Chaos? Never heard of them.... What kinda Cubic feet they need?
  13. pretty good with installing. I checked around and did some research and BL is just too much for me personally plus factoring in the box size vs cone area and xmax i figure i could slam 6 fi Qs instead of BTL or the BL series. the Xmax on the BL is only 18 mm, which is decent in my opinion, puts out alot of bass but it doesnt seem clean to me. BTL is just way too much for me and the Xmax with that is 28mm. So i figure with Cone area and the cubic feet i have in my tahoe 6-12' Qs is gonna give me more sound and bass but with quality which is what im really aiming for since im not competing or anything. cqtama - Interesting though, i figure i would bridge 3 subs, 2 way and then input them into the amp. i have three soundstream t5-12s in my altima right now and it slams on my T20001 i just paralleled two and had one seperate on the 2000. So I figure with twice as much power. I can series 2 subs - 3 way or i can do a series 3 on 2. Any Suggestions? Or I could just buy another t40001 and slam three on each:]
  14. parallel i would believe. I have 4 sets of pro60s - 8 speakers on one amp right now at 2 ohm and it sounds great. i talked to the tech at RF and they said i could wire more sets up to the 8004. run two sets parallel on one channel. 1 ohm output. maybe that will make sense. but thats why i asked what people think. cuz i need suggestions.
  15. yeah Blue thanks for the back. I was meaning 2.5 for each sub. Beanz- I was trying to take some suggestions, what do you think D1 or D2? My electrical i was thinking of doing 3-4 high out alts. with 3-4 big batteries.
  16. What do you guys think? 6 - 12' Fi Qs on a Rockford Fosgate T40001bd amp, ported at 2.5 cubic feet. Will this amp work with what I have in mind? I am also putting my Rockford T8004 on my 8 sets of Boston Pro60s. And my T300-2 with my 2 sets of image dynamics horns. What ya'll think? I figure with the Xmax being really good and the box being ported each sub should get around 750-800 watts, when it measures at 1000 rms.
  17. I put it in the Sq section because I was trying to see if anyone knew of any other subs besides mine that would be better for the amp i got.....but i think i might be going with 3 - 12inch w6s. what do you think?
  18. hey guys i just put my setup together. i have a pair of eclipse sw8200s hooked up to a t20001bd rockford amp and i have 2 sets of boston pro60s hooked up to a rockford fosgate t8004 amp. Sealed enclosure, facing towards the inside of the car. The system bumps and I was expecting alot more out of my subs. When I play them for awhile and start turning up the bass, the outside of the alumium cone starts to heat up and I don't know whats going on. Car toys said they hooked it up as a 2ohm setting, but they are 4Q subs. So I am wondering if the subs are getting too much power? If they are what can I do? Any other pair of subs I can get that will hook up to that amp? my box is about 3.3 cubed ft per box. Any suggestions?
  19. True. but the term remastering is all about someone redoing a song from flat to where it meets their tastes. Nothing personal. doesn't matter where you work. my friends have a studio here in dallas. but it doesnt mean anything if you work or have a studio. just have to know what your doing to make it sound right. BUTTT IF ANYONE WANTS ME TO HELP THEM! WITH REMASTERING AKA RE-Equalizing their music. let me know. im here to help ya my friends. P.S. - TO ALL!. im not pointing anyone out. if you got something that you want to say as an opinion thats fine. but if all your gonna do is give knowlegde and rethink someone else. NOT NEEDED!! I posted this thread to help people out. not to stir up some drama. JUST FYI! Keep the love
  20. if you got the song, let me see if and i will see what i can do with it.
