  1. That would be your cheapest option. Like a old briggs motor or something.
  2. I have dealt with prime series amps. And it my experince with them being class A/B they will get warm or slightly hot. Nothing you can do. What I have found that fixes protecting issues when it gets really hot is a bad ground. Or too long of a ground. After I fixed that the amp has never been better. Oh and setting the gains correctly helps too. 4 gauge is plenty.
  3. Sounds like voltage protection. Where is your ground and is it on a sturdy piece of metal and is it sanded down all the way. Proper sized wiring too? What are the gains set to? Partially blown fuse?
  4. They are from 2011. Not that old lmao. I wish my truck had a area like yours. Not enough perches in the bay to mount anything.
  5. I could see n8 shoot at a animal thinking it was a person lmao.
  6. Not ever switching. FireFox has been the best browser I have used. Thanks for the suggestion though.
  7. That's good to know it's not me. I've been dealing with it for awhile but it's gotten really annoying lately lol.
  8. Don't know if this is just me or not, but the ads over lap everything. They don't move. Like right now I see the forum area I'm in pasted over the ads. And the buttons are pushed down with them.
  9. Some people don't understand that company's get over ran with orders, especially when it's just a few people doing the job.
  10. I don't understand how you managed to arc the wire when just replacing subs? What voltmeter?
  11. That's the only thing that sucks about rear battery cars.
  12. That's exactly how they get power from the alt up front lol.
  13. I derped. LOL! I guess when it's off it's rear but when it's on it defaults to sub. All good! Lmfao. I feel dumb.
  14. 'There is no mode to switch lol. It says DEQ/rear/subwoofer output. There is no setting on the unit to switch to subwoofer. Old ass video but gives you what I got to work with.
  15. Relocated my PAC level controller so I had to remove the radio. Turns out that the rear/subwoofer is on the same RCA.
