Friend didn't wire it Dealer did.. It confused me too but I think I get how they did it. They hook the 2 connections coming from the amp to one sub then just added a jumper wires from the right sub to left. EDIT: If I have to tomorrow I will take pictures and a video if I can't explain it right this moment.

They jumped power from right sub to the left.

Just edited this and where the 2 black lines are the jumpers that go from box connector to the other.

Also my brother experienced how crappy they were. Then he went to a better dealer called audio source.

He's been wanting to get a rockford amp for awhile but he just layed down $1,500 on rims and tires LOL.

Forgot to add checked the power,ground, remote wire and also used a jumper wire to the power and it still didn't work. His gains aren't maxed. But not for sure on the bass boost. EDIT: Also checked his wires in the HU. I bet this stuff wouldn't be happening if he would have taken it to better dealer of the bunch. Or asked me to do it EDIT2: The dealer set the amp down to break in the subs before they turned it up. Hasn't been like 3-4 days since he got the new subs.

My friend had to replace his subs because one of them blew a voice coil and after replacement it worked for a few days then stopped, he also said it would act weird hit normally and then cut out and then work again. He has 2 RockFord Fosgate P2D212 A clarion 1550w amp. His amp light is on like it would work but the subs don't hit, checked the RCA's and they checked out ok. I'm thinking maybe his amp took a crap on him. I wish he wouldn't have a dealer mess with it... EDIT: Also the voice coil blowing was his fault for cranking too hard on it, he has now learned his lesson lol.

Frame is the next and best place to ground.
