The water doesn't just jump up and infect you, it has to be inhaled somehow right? Shall I do a demonstration on how this works so everyone understands? Air Conditioners are more likely to cause this because they combine the whole blowing air part and water, if not properly maintained. Fans need the whole water part added to them. This is how my bedroom is set up: Shall I go over the proper fan placement for those who don't understand? If I want cool air blowing over me in the summer, I place the fan blowing at me, but not from the bathroom, as that is where the faucets and showerheads and toilet are. It is very simple really.

Why bother? if the whole point is for him to fall asleep to noise then why move any air around? I don't see the point in a fan during winter, just get a white noise machine:

Well I'm not really sure that they would based on just our opinions. I don't even know if there is a procedure for it. Why do you like it where it is? I just think it would get more use here and then we could post video threads there without the mods having to be annoyed and move them. I mean, someone here can reply with a video then does it become a video thread?
