i feel your pain, when i was 12 i saved up all my cash for a year to put a cheap coustic amp and 12" pyle in my moms van, i was so happy with it, till someone broke into her shit and stole it. broke a knuckle punching a wall, i wanted to tear a fuckers head off lol... thats life man, get used to it. once u get somethin good some fucker comes and steals it away, as has been the case with most of my systems, girlfriends, pets, lunch, instant ragoo pasta, exc.

sorry nobody has replied to this, usually they are really helpful pretty quickly. your sub will be fine, it will be more of an SQ enclosure than a SPL one, you should try this calculator tho. http://dbdynamixaudio.com/62/dual-fold-on-axis-transmission-line-enclosure-calculator/ your tline design is fine, its perfect imho, not too tall but not too low, should have nice frequency responce. you should go with a constant mouth tline like in the link, easier to build, and a tapered tline isnt going to have the same output.

oh my sweet jesus. is it sad that this is the most impressive sub i have ever owned? http://www.tb-speaker.com/detail/1208_03/w8-740p.htm to test it out, i screwed it into a tline, sub facing up, as i was putting it through its paces to i95 the box, the box was moving about 3 inches a second to the left, i swear i have never seen a box vibrate so much. the proportions on this sub are so fucked up, i love it! pics and vids later/tommorow!
