Does anybody in the kc mo area have a dd1 that they would be willing to tune my system for me. I found the list that had everybody who had one on it but the two people in my area i cant find footlongsam and qbert ( he has not been on the site in over a year ) and i think footlongsam may have changed his screen name

2k amp 64067 -
i went with dc's recomend box specs as im overpowering them by about 150 according to the sites rms rating thats why it on the small side it is set to about 25-30hz hard to tell on my amp what it is set at ya it hit the lows good the vids of it are on my youtube page the link is in my sig so im not for sure
-
its close to 10 its at 9.55 but with my old subs the port per foot was only like 5 same style box just bigger cubes and it hit the lows great so i'm leaning towards that there still brand new
-
that box specs look prety good but you have lvl 3 and mine are lvl 2
-
ok i must of over looked that box it brought it down to 32hz which is fine i like the lows but it don't hit them lows with authority could it be there still brand new and don't have even 30 min's playtime on them so there not broken in yet
-
OK so i designed my box to be tuned at 33hz with 2 4in aero's at 20in long and it plays the higher notes with authority but not the low notes what im thinking is my tuning is off as the ports come out of the box 12in and the other 8in is in the box would that effect it any or would it still have the same tuning the subs im running are 2 dc lvl 2 12's they are brand new just got them yesterday and i went with dc's recommend box size from there site here are the box specs any help is appreciated

to seal it i'm going to caulk around it when i figure what cubes i want for the subs and to attach it i thought about using screws and if i have to move it again i will put resin over the holes where the screws where -

well the ports are going to be 2 4in aero's as that's what my box already has i just need to figure out what cubes to go with as i made my box to where i can slide the baffle in and out of the box so i can change the amount of cubes the sub's are seeing -

the ports are actually going to be 20in long for a tuning of 33hz but only 8in of the port is going to be in the box i did it like that so i could see how much cubes the subs where going to actually see here is the sketch up of it so about how many cubes do you recommend they will be ran off a 1500rms mono block amp set with a dd-1 -
