I just got my Soundoff usa DVD and im lovin it! babez are hot too! i was suprised to see there is a scene selection (SPL BLOWJOB) and its Just Steves system! But although i bet he would'a loved it to be his current one, i couldnt help but notice steve looks like his abit worried and i took some screen shots of the DVD which i want to post up! hehehe steve gives the kinda of look, (oh dahm i know it hits harder!) i hope you dont mind me posting the pics up... here are some pics, steve if you mind then please edit or delete the post as you wish Dont get me wrong, it still moves air, but not anything like his current system! Ok from the old forum i decided that im going to go with 2 kicker 15" L7's Ported, and i wanted to tune my box up to 27hz.... from there continued! - BTW new forum is NICEEEE i Love my Lows! I'd Hate it not to bang on Young Yeez Tunes, lol Ok now here is another question im going to bore you guys with, My amps are 1200rms at 2 ohms, BUT the subs are dual 4ohm, now would i need to get dual 4ohm or 2ohm subs? im going to wire the subs coils, + to + and then - to - and each sub to each amp

Any how its easy for me to get my hand on 2 kickers here, i dont even think most the brands that are in US are here.... how ever would 3 kickers sealed be louder than 2 ported? If not then im going with the 2 kicker l7's Ported baby! :watsup: Also going to be feeding the kickers 2400rms hope they take it! i was thinking 4 subs but i realized how stupid i am, no space but i want to get subs in. not possible. Thanks for the input sean, But going ported with 2 L7's will there be enough room in my boot, i want to find out before i upgrade, also i wanna get loud man, if possible i wanna stick at least 3-4 15's

Due to some unfortunate events, i was going to upgrade my system but i couldnt. Now im back on track and think its time i got a little louder, however i have a BIG problem -> Limited Space. I already have 2 15's at 1200rms each, if im right i could possibly get another 2 15's in there, BUT there will not be any air space, i would have to go sealed but even then i think it will be too tight, the MAX diementions of my boot is 38"L - 19"H - 21"D so basically i will be pushing 4800rms with 4 15's + 4x JBL Gto1201.1 amps at 1200 each. What do you guys think? will it be enough for air? If not i have 2 other things i could try, 1) Fit 3 Subs In a sealed enclosure and 1 more new amp. 2) Sell off my subs and get 2 Kicker Solobaric L7's 15's PORTED(from what i heard they have the surface area of 18's) OR i could fit 3 in Sealed. Electrical system will need upgrading but for the moment i want to focus on the Subs/Amps. Im posting a picture of one of my old setups, just so you get a rough idea of boot space. I cant wall it up and also Box has to be a window line. (to mods: sorry if i put in wrong section but i didnt know if it should go under amps/subs/enclosure as its a mixture) Please move if inappropiate. i see, im not sure of the master/slave feature as i thouhgt maybe if you turn the gain down via the remote from one, then the preout gain would fall aswell... Anyone else? Thanks guys

i've used many mp3 players and ipod so far is the best, however Creative has ALOT of excellent products. But the fact that i've only used the ipod in its class, the closest was the sony 6GB and tht wasnt tht good, also interface sucked. Currently iPod FTW! but i know creative have nice products but i havnt used any yet. Also Archos was good, but big....

hiya all, could anyone help me please..... Today i finally recieved the remote controller for my JBL amps.... 1 controller... 2 amps. Now as Steve stated in one of his posts where "whats the knob you turn?" he stated that it was one controller, one amp was master and all the rest were slaves. Now i thought this might work with my 2 JBL GTO1201.1, as the main RCA's from the HU run in to amp1 and then from amp1 i use the Preouts and run RCA's to amp2. But when i turn the knob down only Amp1 turns the gain down. When i connect it visa versa amp2 only turns gain down. I cant get both amps to turn down, i used to use my EQ at one point to turn the bass down, this was like the RCA's from the HU to the EQ then from EQ to amps but this was months ago but i could hear clearly that when the volume gets alittle high the EQ would distort the sound = Not good for amps or subs. Where as without the EQ bass is much more clear and neat. Therefore im very dissapointed that it didnt work but then again maybe im doing it wrong... any help would be apprciated. i'll attach a picture of the controller. bass_knob.JPG_thumb

i aint got a clue but the wether was good for the past few days and then that day it was dham cold. :cold: Maybe it was this, i turned the gain up and was playing abt with the my rear lights and i put the heating to beam to the back ( Like the heater was flowing striaght throw the middle to the back.... didnt know temp makes a diff. yup dham bad i didnt get it on video..... + man i didnt know these things were that expensive... Term-LAB USB Single Sensor System $649.00 each (plus S&H) lol i was thinking more like £50-£70 (about $100-130) used on ebay maybe? lol anyways at the moment finanaces is hitting subzero so i need to control cashflow for abit untill i save up again lol. maybe in a month time or so i could spend a little more for a Meter.
