    check to see if u have 12 volts at both sides of both fuses or however many r in it. u can blow a fuse and it not look blown. but it just cant handle the current

    it means the amp senses a problem and instead of giving u a smoke show it just goes into protect. however it is NOT something u should rely on as a failsafe. its basicly a mode that says hey im on but im not gonna do any work
