    Thanks! Finally sealed up the rings. Used #10-24 x 1/2" nuts and bolts. I chose to do the bolts top side cause they lock themselves in with the basket. (also used a drop of epoxy to ensure no backout on screws from vibration.) At the same time the nuts also act as a lil more strength holding the surround down. I could see a top ring bolted down around the surround in the future.

    I'm an equal oppurtunity azz kicker! Bring em on Moved batt to the rear and started to get things rewired. Its ugly but its cold as fawk out so thats how it stands for the evening. lol

    Still gotta sand out the right sub and lay a couple more coats and clean out the inside of the box from all the sanding and mount subs and put in the damn car....it never ends...

    I know I know life with 5 kids,wife,bills, ya know LIFE just kinda leaves ya with what ya got. lol I've been glassing the past 2 winters this way. Wait till ya see the space heater in the car when the floors getting done. lol No garage snow on the ground cant wait till spring to build lol

    Got the baffle glued and mostly complete. Sunk the right sub a cunt hair too deep but will be able to seal it well.

    Steadily working... Got the new baffles cut and will be recessing the ring shortly.

    So heres what I'm working on The rings have to overlap ea other in this current box. If I'm to keep my big 10in port this is all the room I get to work with. lol So I plan on recessing one to fit under the other. What you guys think? And these are in answer of how big the common chamber is and how far the port wall is from the mag.
