Loud Trunk= Anything that gets down and makes you happy. As far as scores etc.. If your trunk does 150's you are definately a loud mofo! I know lots of folks competeing in the 50's but I dont know very many doing it out of a trunk. Loudest DBDrag scored Trunk on record is 153.8 I believe. Set at 08 World Finals. There was also a 54 in Canada as well. To Clarify things for those who don't know me , I only meter at the Dash DBDrag Style. Nothing at all against any other orgs or thier measuring style its just what I like to compete in.

I've thought about that too. I was running AQ's before (close equivalent to the xl's) and ran into major suspension issues. The lvl 5's have proven to be louder by far. Who knows maybe I'll try it just for Sheyots and giggles. LOL You would know better than me the lethal combo of Stetsom and DC! What does it sound like when a surround cuts loose?

This set has seen over 360+burps! Believe it or not.....I'll be adding to that this week before I gut the car for new recones. These lvl 5 10's are no joke. Coils dont stink, spiders are perfect,cone is still sound, surrounds....they are a lil worse for wear. LOL There is alot more that can be done with these guys and alot more power can be thrown at them. I think I heard someone suggest 2 14k's for burps.....I might just have to try that!!

Crab Mustang=Dave Dasilva ( I believe ). Last time he competed was 08 Finals. You are absolutely correct! These gentlemen hold the highest records out of a trunk ever. Currently active within the sport these Gentleman aren't anymore. Although I do expect to see Steve in the lanes this yr.

TNESPL Finals....blew sub night before....stripped car in parking lot to throw in an aq 10...gain matched with different impedances for a whopping 148.6 but was enough to become Pro No Wall Champ Sold the Atomics for a Stetsom 14k...had some trouble at first but its all good now. New Surrounds to try will be here next week Got a show tomorrow and I'm stoked! Looking to break my TNE Record of 151.0. Keeping my fingers crossed. I think when I recone Frank I'm gonna take him to every show this yr as my co pilot. Added Pics

If your using 12's 4.6 will be fine. If its the 10's it's gonna be on the big side.

Combined for a pr. of 10's is devastating. Speaking from personal experience. I've used AQ and they will get down!

Tested for my biggest worry (voltage) and amp works from 12-15v+! Now I can beat going down the road! Wooooot!! Power tests will be up tomorrow
