Cortez our apologies on the lengthy time frame. Our normal turn around time is 7-10days and with the excessive amount of orders lately that has been bumped to 2 weeks +. Haveing said that we are just about caught up with all orders and believe me when I say I dont know anyone who works harder than Rusty. We put in over 130hrs last week alone. Thats not combined either lol Thats over 260 working man hours between Rusty and myself in 1 weeks time not including Miss Ana's hrs both in the shop and working from home. You'll be happy to know your subs are drying now and will be shipped out tomorrow. When is the date of your comp? If need be we can ship them faster so you'll have them in time.

Sheyot I've strapped them at .5 with 5 batts no problem lol Although I do have 2 more to add if I get time.

This was at Carlisle in May 2010 Look at box setup Look at Current Setup Finals setup 2 12in DC Neo's 2 AB 1100.1's (Connected with Shock Wire) 1 Mechman 270 alt 5 Kinetik 2400's(maybe 7) Box is 3.125 cu before displacement, 8in Aero 18.5inches long or so. Car peaks at 45-47hz currently and plays down to 34hz with a 4.3db drop off lol

With 1 ab 1100.1 at .25 rise to 1.01 it does a 152.8-153.3 depending on weather,elevation etc... Amps are strapped at 1 ohm so .5 ea. Not a true double in power so I'm hoping for a 154+ Should be interesting lol This isnt the first time I've had a pr of these amps in the car. I also had them strapped at .5 on a pr of lvl 5 10's. At that time I was getting 14k out of the pr but that box had a larger rise so I'm guessing about the same and will be happy If I get more.

Truth!! I'm wiring in the amp today. Do some low level testing later today and tomorrow and pack it up for my return on March 17th for Drag Finals.

Started of the day testing with the ab 1100.1 found my reactive load of 1.01 with voltage at 11.6v 9500+ 4 consecutive burps. Threw in the SD 16k had Dave and Jer (they run sd in thier setups) setup the amp after I made sure we had a 1ohm nominal impedance. Start with volume 16(10 clicks below normal burp) 148+ subs make funny noise lol 4k clamped. We all check subs,wiring, ohm load etc... Alls good we do it again I start even lower 1 click at a time listening to the subs as I hear a flub noise for 1-2secs then it continues braaaaap just fine so I keep going 151.8 (second burp) clamped 7k+ both subs toasted. I pull them out and thiers straight burnt formers. Bumming for sure. Lucky me I got brought a spare pr of recones. I recone 1 sub before the party and put it in 10 degree weather this morning fire it up and sheyot the other is shot for sure. I recone that one in 35mins and got just over an hr and a half of drying time and I'm worried lol Showed a 149+ on some mid volume lil jon push that and figured that would be enough but nooooo Robs gotten soft yadayada so I turn it up to a 152 and gave demos there after lol

Bill it was great to see you and Sam! You guys by far drove the longest and like myself drove through some straight nasty weather lol What a cool ass cake! It had edible pictures of me at different events with my DefJ Teammates and the DC Audio logo in the middle! Jer,Jen and Tianna did 2 really cool collages of Me at different events throughout the yrs. They even had results from my Rookie score of a whopping 134.6 to my recents scores of 152.5+. lol The DJ was filling me with my Metal favorites and I was passing around the ol JD. I know I tested one of my lvl 5 10's strapped to 2 aq 2200s and it held up just fine lol In fact its still living u buffalo It'll do just fine and will get loud and will be able to withstand all that amp can give daily (clean).
