Free shirt for the first picts in the thread Got the front battery in and the Ibar's installed. Will work on the Big 3 and tie in the runs to the back tomorrow. What I will be working on next. Need to get these setup in the back.

Logan you can give my solution a try if its taken. I wanted Hobby but had to change it up a little to use that name.

Dont use 3" pvc for your port unless you use multiple ports. I used the Alpine spec for a 3" port for my 10" Type R and it made a hell of a lot of port noise. I changed it to a 4" round pvc port and fixed the problem. How many cubes is your box gross, internal dimensions and is this for the 2 subs in your sig?

More vids and picts please. I wish I could be in there to check it out in person. The Tahoe is going to tear that room to shreds. Would love to see a demo with one of the Big Wigs from Fosgate in the front seat.

I was waiting for shipping info, I just got home and my order was sitting on the front porch. 4 big azz heavy boxes and one little one. Glad I got in on a good deal on a great product. The 555 Ibar kit is no joke. The picts dont do it justice. Probably weighs 1-2 lbs. Thanks again Nathan and everyone at XS Power for making this happen.

I was having a brain fart. their running 2 of those 5000D's in that Geo arent they. I hear you on the money bro. I just forked out for 4 XS Power batteries and upgraded my busted amps. Sucked my pockets dry. I still need to save up for a recone for my one blown AQ HDC3 and another 20-30 feet of 1/0 to do my Big 3 and get all the batteries and amps connected. Then I still need an alt or a dual bracket so I can add at least a second stock alt. I will probably be Feb or March before I get my truck to a show.

You going to have this ready for the next show? The transmission might be fixed in the Mazda soon. Maybe me and the Boy will make it to this one. So are you going with the 10,000 watt Powerbass like one of the amps in the lil green DD monster.

Do you have any pictures of your Ibar install posted anywhere?

Any chance you could show how ring terminals would mount to those kits. Im curious because I have never seen it done. I was hoping I to get a few picts in the battery thread I started but they were all custom setups. That S3400 is one of the batts I have coming and with that exact kit. I cant wait.

Sounds like my project. Im scrounging around for stuff to sell to get at least one good HO alt, a recone kit for my HDC3 15 and another 15-20 feet of 1/0 wire. I also want to get a dual alt kit but I think that may have to wait untill next year. I have a few weeks before I get my amps so Im not in to much of a hurry....yet.

sorry I missed that. Any of them will work with the 3100 Thanks!! Nathan answered it. Any of the XS flat top batteries will accept any of the Ibar kits. You need adapters for some of the other batteries where the top of the case has recessed terminals. Everyone just buy more batteries so I can upgrade my Ibar kit and get a few bucks back

Any of the Ibar setups look like it would work with the 3100's. They all should work with any of the flat top cells. Batteries like the D680 or the D1200 might be a limited choice because of the case design or you may need additional accessories to make them work. Im putting the 555 kit on the S3400 I have coming. I cant wait to get it installed. I PMd Nathan to get my order setup. Good guy to work with there. Great CS and can help you get exactly what you need to get your ride hooked up right. I just wish I had the funds to get a VCM kit for my Silverado. I blew my whole wad on 4 batteries.

Im going to be installing an XS Power S3400 in the front of my Silverado soon. I want it clean and professional looking. I want to see some picts of some of the members installs here to see what your doing and possibly get some good ideas for my truck. I will have the big 3 connected to it and the factory wiring connected to the side with an Ibar adapter. I might be getting a 555 adapter to make all the connections a little easier. I will have 2 positive runs and 2 negative runs to the rear bank of 3 D3400's. I plan on using ring terminals for all the battery connections. Right now I would just like some pictures of some bad ass battery and wire installs.

A D3400 and a D5100 will handle 3000 watts. A D3100 will handle 5000 watts. Any of those 3 should handle your needs.

For sale: 12" black cone TC-9 D4 subwoofer. One blown Voice coil one reading 3.1ohm. Other than that its in good shape and has a rubber motor boot from TC sounds. I have the original box and it will be shipped in it. SOLD
