  1. No picts of the inside. They are just bolted to some of my interior supports. I have 2 rows of 5 subs. With each sub wired in series and the pos and neg of each sub to a buss bar. All the neg terminals to one bar and all the pos terminals on the other bar. Then I have a 8g wire from each bar to a binding post on the box. Made it a lot easier to wire all the subs. If I did a bolt for each coil I would have 20 bolts on the front of the box
  2. I wish I had all that room in the back of my EX cab. Would make life a lot easier. Your box turned out awesome. Makes me want to wrap mine in something.
  3. I installed these buss bars inside the box. Wired all the subs to them and then one lead from each to 2 pair of binding posts mounted to the face of the box.
  4. For round ports thats plenty. You dont need as much port area for a round port.
  5. you can use anywhere between 170 sq in and 220 sq in of port for a 14 cube net box. Lower tuning means a longer port and a larger box (gross). I havent messed with RE subs but staying between 12 sq in per cube and 16 sq in per cube is a good general rule to stick to. I couldnt give you a length for your port without a proper design. Different sizes and port wall configurations change the length. You just need to determine your max dimensions you want to work within and configure the box till it meets your specs.
  6. Thats how you do it Bro. I saw this posted by killallblue and thought it was a distro for different amps. How its segmented depends on the amp. If an amp had 2 separate input sections I would have 2 separate output sections on the block. Dont know how that Warhorse is setup. One output section my be Ok if it needs 1250 amps of input into a single input section on the board. If there are 2 separate input sections on the board you would probably want to segment the output side accordingly. I would like to have one of these myself. PM me a price for one. 4 runs in and 4 runs out. one bar with 4 inputs and 2 blocks on the output side with to outputs in each. I need 600 amps of fusing to each amp so I will double up a 300 amp fuse on each side. That would make my life a lot easier hooking up my amps.Would look a lot better too.

  9. I feel this way every time I demo now. Most people think its insanely loud and Im thinking " I need a little bit more power in here. I wish it was a little louder" . The low notes are crushing and violent but after a few weeks of getting used to it I want more. At least I want it available if I want to hammer on it. Im adding a second amp very soon so I may get my wish.

  11. The article is all about Ricks shop and what he does for us bass heads. I just happen to have a pict of my truck in there. There is no other shop that comes close to doing what he does for us. We get a place to go play every month and go crazy with our systems. When the weathers nice we usually demo all morning and then compete all afternoon. He also holds sanctioned events that draw a larger crowd down to the shop and to the Hoops Bar and Grill parking lot. Most of the people coming to the regular shows are driving 50-60 miles each way and some 100+ miles to get there. Its always worth the 1hour+ long drive for me and my Son's to come out and enjoy the day. Rick even forks out for some very nice trophys for the first place finishers. Some of the sanctioned comps dont have trophies as nice as these. Much love to Rick and all the good people at Pulse Car Audio.
  12. Everyone there is like family. I felt welcome from the first show I attended to the last. Truly a great bunch of people to spend the day with. Looking forward to seeing you down there soon.

  15. Thats the DD Beast. A single 15 no wall Metro that will do a 156+ with the right sub in it. It did a 153.? yesterday with a T3 T600 on a Powerbass 5000. Its a bad ass little car. The best of show usually goes to Nick or to Dicky and Teresa Boswell, the owners of the DD Beast.
  16. Rick just shot me a text of the article written about The Krankin Kristmas event that was held yesterday. I found the page online and was stunned to see my setup as the first pict on the page. A great write up about Ricks shop and all the good people that regularly attend the PCA shows. Always a great place to hang out and play with our systems. Take a minute to read the kind words from Caraudiomagazine.com and check out whats happening at Pulse Car Audio and with Team Deadly Hertz. PCA Sound Competition. Krankin Kristmas
  17. Looks very nice. I really like the amp rack and the baffle on the box. Looks clean. A carbon fiber wrap would look awesome on it. Cant wait to see more.
  18. Enjoy what you have for a while. Thats a good setup for a freebee. Hang around for a while and do some reading and checking out the members builds. You will be upgrading soon and be as broke as the rest of us lol. Welcome to the site.
  19. Thats enough for me. Just enough to make things pretty but not enough that I need to shovel the driveway
  20. No matter what speakers you try and put in the kicks you will probably loose that foot rest. Mine aren't nearly as deep and I lost 3-4 inches of foot room on the side. Something custom in the doors would probably look better too.

  22. A bunch of T600's or even T400's would move some air for sure. I love having a bunch of subs in the truck. Fun to watch and fun to play with.
