Im going to but im just wondering if anyone else had similar issues with this phone

So ive had this phone for almost a month or so and have liked it but lately it hasnt been messin up a little.. First time i was just sittin on the couch on the internet and it cuts fully off with half battery left so i tries to turn it back on multiple times and it still didnt work so i hooked it up to the charger and after a couple of mins it started back up.. Then the second time it did the same thing with half batt again.. So today i go to look at my pics and the folder says empty??? My wallpaper was still there but no pics, vids, or music found anywhere.. so i took the memory card out of a camera and tried it in my phone and its like it just isnt detecting that a memory card has been inserted.. Ill probly take it back to the cingular store soon and get them to see what the deal is but has anybody else had issues with this phone or is it just mine???
