Damn that's good I'm ordering one of these tomorrow morning. and the car is a 2005 std cab ford ranger. but we easily got well over 3 cubes behind the seat so volume inst a problem and ima tune it to around 33-35 hz

im deciding to get on of theese 2 subs because im kinda short on money and looking for something between the 260 to 300$ range the amp i have is a saz1500 which one do you think would hole up better hooked up to that amp. or if you know of any other woofers in that $ range that will handle it thats allways good too

no but ive installed a few systems with l7's and cvx's i didnt see to much of a difference between the two but thats just my personal opinion

ok if its 15'si would go with the cvx's i dont like the l7's bacause a) they dont have as good of an excursion due to the square shape of the cone. and you really dont gain much at all when it comes to cone area from square to round. what kind of enclosure are you planning on putting them in and what will it be tuned to?

ive seen both do really similar numbers. what size on each of the drivers?
