Yeah monte, I liked them in the little 57 hertz boxes that were pretty bad....threw them in the bigger box I had before and they sounded so much louder.....I love these things for the price.

Every Saturday I eat Sonic after I fly (dont like to eat before I do and its at like 10 or 12 for 2 hours. So I am always starving, get the chicken club toaster, fries and an amazing rt44 dr pepper....its awesome...I have never had bad service there so I guess I am lucky. Only thing I don't like is the people who bring the food out, which takes all of what 15 seconds seem to expect a tip...I am a bad person...I am more likely to tip if its a hot girl .

Anyway here goes. trunk cleared out...am going to put spare tire back in, this new box I am making will fit. wires ready to cut squaring up muh saw guide first cut worked fast for a bit so no pics but here are all the pieces got this at lowes, seen you guys use something like it...I did a test piece and I likes it. putting the first piece on, I discovered on the first box I built that this works good with the square. pilot hole bigger bit through the top counter sink screw More tomorrow of course

Ive already got the subs...and lightning audio sold them in a ported box, so I know they intend/can be used in one.

Well, like the box I slapped them in today (the one which people disagree with) is 3 cu ft at 33-34hz. But I had to take my spare out and I am going to have to build a brace and whatnot in the space for it. The size I gave is the biggest box I can put into my trunk without moving junk all around.... If you need to make it smaller, the best way for my situation would be decrease the width.

So, some of you guys posted up saying how my box wasn't very good. So now that I know how to build a box (in general)...I was thinking that I would go all the way and make a really good one.
