Another update. I found him on 411Canada.ca. Turns out his name is not Adam or Raiz, but Mustapha. Also the mailing address he gave me was to Vaughn Ontario when he actually lives in Woodbridge Ontario.

You're right, I just got another email from him, though and I am really fucking pissed. I just called Paypal and reported his threatening emails, so they have it on record.
