Its a completely different body style. Even if you swapped the grill/lights and bumper, you would have to swap the fenders and hood. Then those wouldn't line up with the doors, etc, etc..... Have fun!

Edited the title. Once again, the light is close enough to go off of. But if you use an o-scope, you will find that you can go further than the when the light starts blinking.

bmph8er, sorry you're having issues, but I didn't mean for this thread to get into DC bashing mode. My amp is a fucking beast, clip light s just a little off. No biggie, just putting it out there for guys that scope their gear and need every bit of clean power for comps and shit.

I wouldn't say its a DC fail.

Scope used is a Vellman HPS10 if it matters to anyone. Also it is not a huge difference, but enough to hear when setting the gain.

This thread is intended to provide information about the built in clip light from the scoping and tuning of my 3.5kw today. The clip light on the bass knob comes on way before there is actually clipping occurring. I used an o-scope to set my H/U and then set the gain on my amp, and the light comes on before the wave squares off. Just an FYI for those looking to get the most out of the amp. If you don't have a scope, I suggest using the light as a reference until the gains can be scoped, as a precaution.

Mine's due Saturday, but I won't be home until Monday. Sucks.

Fedex gets to DC Hq about 5-530 in the evening when there are orders going out. You will get a tracking number when your stuff ships. So yeah, no need to call if your amp shipped yet lol.

I heard that 12-16 is rule of thumb.. Why so high? Just wondering what does that change?? You will move more air for one. Also, I find that skinny ports have more chance for port noise.

3.2-3.4 cuft tuned to 34ish, and I would say 18-20 sqin of port per cube, just my opinion.
