if it is the eq that is the problem im goin to buy the clarion EQS746 and it is rated for max 4volt inputs but my radio has 7 volt preouts.... will it work??

II was given a brandnew SSL Equalizer and i hooked it up and it sounded great lastnight after i adjusted everything. well thismorning i went to go and listen to my radio and the complete rightside of my car has like no highs but the mids play? did i blow the equalizer since its a cheap one because i have a kenwood excleon KVT819 with the 7 volt preouts ....mayb i fried the eq?

Would the xs batteries take the higher charge from the vcm better than the lead acid batts? or would i even notice a diffrence.

Hey nathan its Anthony from New orleans. I installed everything in yesterday and it works amazing!!! Only problem is im worried about my voltage being so high, this morning i started my truck it was reading almost 16- 15.9 with the blower for the heater on. when i turn the blower off it drops to around 15.3. LAst night i set it to 14.6 and when i ut on the heater/blower it jumped up to around 15.1.....WTF IS GOING ON!!!!!!! and the lowest i can set it to this morning was 14.5 except it still runs around 15.1

ive never been im trying to see who goes to these things
