Well I didnt make any progress on the build because I have to work to pay for my hobbies and between work and college free time is hard to come by.... BUT when I got home UPS had left a nice little package for me courtesy of MaxxSonics. Check out the goods!

Ok so I pulled the curves out of the molds they look great Here is where Im at now. SILICONE SILICONE AND MORE SILICONE Curves lookin good :-)

Thanks for the interest man! Ok so this moring I attempted the kerf cutting to bend the ports the way I want them... It didnt work to well :01nocomment8so: Sooo I decided to make the bend with fiberglass and this is what I got done. Used some PVC as a mold Needs trimming but looks good Now to give a lip to mount to I build a temp mold Now while I'm waiting on the lip to harden I'm starting the box construction
