when i did my calculations i did it for 70% and gave my self room for like 10% less effeincy. so i think i will still be good.

not yet all i got is a little power acoustik 1200 gothic series. it says 900 at 2 ohms but i think it's more like 5 or 600. i wanted a d3400 for the front and a d975 in the back with a 240 amp alt. if my math is right that should just about do me. when i can find some good 1/0 wire kinda cheap i will do the big three upgrade. i know i should have done that already but i haven't got around to it. do you guys think copper clad aluminum wire is ok for what i got or should i stick with oxygen free copper?

does a amps efficiency go up or down as the ohms go from say 4 to 1?

saz 1500d's don't cost 800 you can get them new for 500 or on sale sometimes for 350 or 400. i got mine for 400 straight from sundown.

why does two runs make suck a diference. is it just cuse the wire can't handle the amount of power that it's getting thrown at it.

I was looking for some 1/0 gauge wire. i wanted to get the knu stuff but the flex is to much for my blood but the klmx looks nice. i read that it's copper clad aluminum, anyone used the stuff or know someone that has. Any help would be appreciated.

i got a 2007 kia optima and i wanted something like a 3400 or a 5100. what is the best batt to fit my car. also is it ok to run the upgraded batt with stock wiring for now. i don't want to upgrade till i get my new alt. will i be ok to do that

i will. should i go front bat--fuse-------------------------fuse--rear batt--fuse--amp front batt--fuse-----------------------rear batt--fuse--amp or somoething along those lines. also i got a 50.4 for my speakers. should i change the fuse just after the rear batt for that amp.
